Jogging in Sellin

If you want to jog about 10 kilometres, you can jog south along the beach promenade, take a circular route through the Granitz, which offers a great view of the Baltic Sea, or explore the Sellin hills from Moritzdorf. Then head along the Having to Seedorf and back via Altensien on Lake Sellin.

Walking in Sellin

Walking is easy on the joints and a sport that puts a balanced strain on the body. The new trend sport and also Nordic walking can be done in Sellin on many paths with different demands. Those who walk along the beach experience a natural workout in the Baltic Sea sand. But those who really want to be sporty walk along signposted hiking trails through the Granitz or into the Bodden landscape in the Sellin hill country.

The Kurpark on the Friedensberg opposite the Kurverwaltung invites you to test yourself. The equipment for strengthening strength, flexibility and endurance is open to the public. Simple Trimm-Dich equipment forms a concentrated course that leads up the hill. Once at the top, those interested in this ancient Germanic place of power receive instructions for inner contemplation and spiritual reflection on their own lives at 16 stations.
