Journey to SellinWe show you the way...click to enlarge There are many ways to reach Sellin. You reach the island Ruegen from the A 20 (exit Ruegen/Stralsund). On the island you follow the B 96 direction Bergen. From Bergen the B 196 direction Goehren takes you directly to the Baltic seaside resort Sellin. For the more enchanting tour you take the car-ferry from Stahlbrode to Glewitz, go past the beautiful alley from Garz to Putbus, from there via Vilmnitz to Lancken-Granitz at the B 196 which leads you to Sellin. Trains of „Deutsche Bundesbahn“ (DB) take you via Bergen to Putbus. There you take the historical narrow-gauge railway of Ruegen – „Rasenden Roland“ (Racing Roland) – which takes you on a romantic journey directly to Sellin. Otherwise you take the regular train to Binz and from there go to Sellin by bus or taxi. Very busy guests may go by plane – there are scheduled or charter flights to Rostock-Laage (Tel.: 03454-31339) and charter flights to Guettin on Ruegen (Tel.: 038306-1289).
